Benito Soliven, Lucban, Isabela — The dragon fruit production in Lucban AMIA Village is now in its flowering stage from the last monitoring on July 30, 2018. There are about 400 plants where 30% of it already blooms lovely flowers in the plantation that spans about 5,000 square meters.
The dragon fruit plantation was established last December 16, 2017. The dragon fruit cuttings were planted near the SWIP to protect its downstream embankment from soil erosion.
The AMIA Dragon Fruit Production is the first SWIP-Based Dragon fruit production in Region 2.
